Rockstar, PlayStation reveal two GTA 6 DualSense controllers
Two limited edition DualSense controllers for Grand Theft Auto 6 are officially real.
The update
Rockstar Games and PlayStation have confirmed the existence of two limited edition DualSense controllers for Grand Theft Auto 6. The devices were revealed during the latest PlayStation State of Play broadcast. One controller is black, the other is white. Both feature a color-shifting finish, engraved palm tree details, and the GTA 6 logo on the back. The Roman numeral “VI” is etched into the touchpad.
Why it matters
This is the first official hardware tie-in for the highly anticipated sequel. The announcement comes as GTA 6 marketing ramps up ahead of its November release. The controllers are set to launch alongside the game, but they will not be sold in a bundle. Fans will have to purchase the hardware separately.
What to watch
Pre-orders for the controllers open on September 10. Availability is limited, and given the game’s popularity, they are expected to sell out quickly. The controllers will be available through PlayStation Direct and select retailers. The price is set at $84.99 USD.
