How to Report an Error
If you find an error in any article, please contact us at corrections@thebrieflypulse.com with a link to the article and a description of the error. We review all reports within 24 hours.
Correction Process
- Verification: We verify the reported error against the original sources.
- Correction: If the error is confirmed, we update the article and add a correction note at the top of the page.
- Notification: The correction note includes the date of the correction and a description of what was changed.
- Record: All corrections are logged in our internal database for accountability.
Types of Corrections
- Factual error: A statement that is objectively incorrect (e.g., wrong date, wrong number, wrong entity). Corrected immediately.
- Clarification: A statement that is technical correct but ambiguous or misleading. Clarified with additional context.
- Retraction: An article that is fundamentally flawed or based on false information. The article is unpublished and a retraction notice is posted.
Transparency
Corrected articles display a correction notice at the top of the page. We do not silently edit articles to fix factual errors — all corrections are visible to readers.
