NASA's Roman Space Telescope is testing a breakthrough coronagraph to block starlight and reveal distant worlds.

NASA is preparing to launch the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, which includes a specialized coronagraph. This instrument is designed to block the light of a star to reveal fainter objects, like planets, that would otherwise be lost in the glare.
