Former Florida State, Boston College and UCF quarterback Thomas Castellanos has committed to Texas Tech, according to multiple reports on August 26. The 22-year-old, who started 32 games in his college career, will join the Red Raiders for a fifth season of eligibility after being granted a temporary restraining order by a Kentucky judge.
