The Briefly Pulse

AI Use Disclosure

The Briefly Pulse uses artificial intelligence as part of its news production pipeline. We believe in being transparent about how AI is and is not used.

How AI Is Used

  • News monitoring: AI systems scan major news outlets every 10 minutes to identify trending and important stories.
  • Source aggregation: AI assists in collecting and organizing source material from multiple outlets.
  • Draft writing: AI generates the initial draft of each article based on verified source material.
  • Quality scoring: AI evaluates each draft for accuracy, clarity, and completeness before publication.

How AI Is Not Used

  • No fabricated sources: AI cannot invent sources. Every cited source must link to a real, published article.
  • No opinion generation: AI does not generate opinions, commentary, or editorial positions.
  • No images: AI is not used to generate news images. All featured images come from the original reporting outlet.
  • No autonomous publishing without QA: No article is published without passing all quality assurance gates.

Human Oversight

Our editorial pipeline is monitored by human operators who oversee the automated systems, review quality reports, and handle corrections. The QA pipeline is designed to catch errors before publication, and any article that fails QA is held back for review.

Model Providers

We use language models from established AI providers for draft generation and quality scoring. We do not use custom-trained models for content generation. All providers are vetted for reliability and data privacy.

Commitment to Improvement

We continuously monitor our pipeline for quality and accuracy. If you have feedback about our AI use or content quality, please contact us at feedback@thebrieflypulse.com.
